Detailed Day Wise Itinerary
Day-1 : ARRIVAL COCHIN :
The Travel Planners agent welcomes you upon arrival at Kochi International Airport/Railway station and then transfers you to the hotel. You can tour Cochin in the afternoon. You can see St. Francis Church,Portuguese Houses, Chinese fishing nets, Synagogue, Jew Town, and Mattancherry Palace, built by the Portuguese, this Palace contains some of India’s most beautiful murals.
Day-2 : COCHIN - MUNNAR :
begins with breakfast and a 130 km (4-hour) trip to Munnar, stopping along the way to see the Cheyyappara Waterfalls. On the journey to Munnar, you can witness tea gardens that stretch for hundreds of kilometres like a green carpet, beautiful green hills, a place that is difficult to explain, a very small population that lives too far from pollution, and Tata tea-covered most of the land. Check into the hotel upon arrival. Stay the night at a hotel or resort.
Day-3 : MUNNAR :
proceed to Munnar's morning attractions, such as Mattupetty, Eco-Point, Tea Museum, Pothamedu, etc. In the Lake, you can also take pleasure in boating (optional). Stay the night at a hotel or resort.
Day-4 : MUNNAR - THEKKADY :
Drive through cardamom hills on the 110 km, 3.5 hour, morning trip to Thekkady. Register at the resort. Visit spice plantations like those for cardamom, pepper, coffee, tea, etc. after lunch. You may make a stop at the neighbourhood market on the way back to the hotel and purchase some enticing spices.
Day-5 : THEKKADY - KUMARAKOM :
A visit to this lakeside rural settlement is a must for any family vacation in Kerala. The majority of visitors find this place to be memorable due to the winding canals, coconut tree canopies, and numerous other attractions. You will be checking into Coconut Lagoon - Heritage Bungalow when you arrive. The afternoon is reserved for relaxation at this lovely backwater resort.
Day-6 : KUMARAKOM - ALLEPPEY :
The highlight of each family trip to Kerala is a thrilling ride in a traditional houseboat. Proceed to Alleppey after breakfast. You will board a Premium/Luxury houseboat when you arrive, and it will take you on a tour of Alleppey's intricate waterways while revealing the way of life, culture, and unflinching beauty of little fishing towns.
Day-7 : ALLEPPEY - KOVALAM :
You will leave the houseboat after breakfast, and our transfer services will take you to Kovalam. The rest of the day is spent strolling across the sands and watching the sun set over Kovalam's picturesque horizon after you check in at the beach resort.
Day-8 : KOVALAM :
You will be given a tour of Thiruvananthapuram's ancient city after breakfast. Visits to the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Horse Palace, Napier Museum, and Srichitra Art Gallery will be made as part of this. The afternoon is free to unwind by the beach after lunch, which will be served back at the hotel.
Day-9 : KOVALAM - KANYAKUMARI - KOVALAM :
After breakfast, you'll head in the direction of Kanyakumari. Enjoy the journey to Kanyakumari, the southernmost point of the Indian Subcontinent and a popular pilgrimage and vacation destination. By noon, get to Kanyakumari. Among the tourist attractions of Kanyakumari are the Padmanbhapuram Palace, Suchithram Temple, Vivekananda Memorial, Gandhidham, and Trivenisagam. returning to Kovalam in the evening.
